This blog is an effort to keep up to date on new criminal law opinions issued by the Supreme and Appellate Courts of Connecticut and also to use relevant criminal law news stories from around the country to review existing Connecticut case law.
Since the current authors of this blog will also be presenting at the CTLA annual criminal law seminar next year on the “year in review”, this blog is an attempt to keep ahead of the volume of cases that pile up.
